Through related literature review, we divide the m-commerce applications into different category based on the different travel mode and travel purpose. We used the modified Delphi method for professional questionnaire, to integrate the expert opinions on m-commerce application mode. The results showed that the most important mobile functions are: basic application functions of Group Travel including "online inquiry functions", and "schedule and price information". The basic application functions for free tour including "Tour destination information" and "traffic information to and from the airport". The basic application functionas for backpacking travel including "hotel information" and "travel destination information". The advanced application functions including "localization information" and "traffic information". In travel purpose, the basic application functions including "main travel destination information". Advanced application functions including "Social Network/ blog recommended information" and "hotel information". The basic application functions of culture travel including "travel destinations information". The advanced application functions including "online booking function" and "online inquiry function". The basic application functions for vacation travel inluding "Key destination information" and "traffic information to and from the airport". Advanced application functions including "localization information" and "flight status notification".
