This study was conducted by questionnaire survey and drew 790 public junior high school students by using stratified random sampling in Taipei city, and returned 733 (effect samples are 676)(85.57%). Simultameously, analyses were employed by descriptives, 1-Way MANOVA, SmartPLS and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results of the study was summerarized as follows: (1) The status of learning motivation and learning satisfaction on technical arts education program for public junior high school students in Taipei city were good. (2) There were significantly differences among students with different background in learning motivation and learning satisfaction on technical arts education program ; (3) The model showed that learning motivation on technical arts education program exercise had strongly significant positive influence on learning satisfaction on technical arts education program. This is the first model about learning motivation and learning satisfaction on technical arts education program for public junior high school students in Taipei city. This study can provide some references for related business units of schools, and educational administrations for promoting the effect of technical arts education program in the future.
