A survey method was adopted to carry out this study. Samples are 254 military personnel mainly from the northern Taiwan. Results showed that: (1) there is a notable negative correlation between work stress and organizational commitment, whereas a significant positive correlation exists between eustress and organizational commitment; (2)organizational support has moderating effect also on the relationship between work stress and organizational commitment and eustress and organizational commitment.
