Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 諮商與工商心理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study aimed to investigate the relationship between work stress and organizational commitment for the military personnel, as well as whether oganizational support has the moderating effect between such relationship. A survey method was adopted to carry out this study. Samples are 254 military personnel mainly from the northern Taiwan. Results showed that: (1) there is a notable negative correlation between work stress and organizational commitment, whereas a significant positive correlation exists between eustress and organizational commitment; (2)organizational support has moderating effect also on the relationship between work stress and organizational commitment and eustress and organizational commitment. In the end, the implications, limitations and suggestions for future research is discussed.
