In addition to the enterprise, integrity and implementation of the corporate governance system is implemented to maintain an effective enterprise competitiveness, its directors and supervisors have responsibility for oversight of business performance, in the creation of corporate profits, the interests of their shareholders at the same time, and if with corporate social responsibility and brand image, affect the performance of the operating performance.
For the above reasons, therefore, this paper hope to explore fiber-optic communications industry of corporate governance on business performance through a case study approach, the impact of corporate social responsibility on business performance, corporate governance of brand influence and brand image of the business performance impact of for fiber-optic communications industry and to provide more information about the company's future business.
The results found in this study, the implementation of enterprise system implementation of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, can enhance the corporate brand image through its performance for business continuity has a positive impact and continue to improve corporate performance.
