It lets the depart of information must cooperate with outsourcing company for reducing time of the rookies` training. However, to ensure the stability of the program working, the insurance companies always ask the outsourcing company to send their engineers reside in. For aiming to the clients` needness , the informational outsourcing company will educate their employees. Then, send them to the insurance companies for finishing the mission their asking. Perhaps, the resident engineers couldn`t in harmony with the different missions in every insurance company make some bad influence, and let them end the job moreover. This study will base on the observing in normal days, and do the survey of them one by one. Trying to find the reasons why they quit . In one year of being resident engineer in insurance company, the conflicting with the insurance company`s formal engineers already let four resident engineers end their job. The otherwise, the discontentedness of the evaluation way and couldn`t be suitable the culture of insurance company also let them choose quit. Based on forward situations, I want to analyze the high quit odds of resident engineers. In the study, we can find several reasons which let the engineers have high quit odds. First, we find that if the outsourcing company have a fair evaluation mechanism can reduce the quit odds effectively. Another, the conflict in formal employs and resident engineer will really do some influence in emotion, then lets the engineer turn over. So the management of emotion become very important in the resident engineers. If the outsourcing company wouldn`t have the good ways of relaxing, it`s sure for they quitting the job. The other intentional reasons of quit, for example, the occupational aptitude, the ability of anti-stress, the tolerance, and the technique of communication also cause the high quit odds.
