碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === Recently, according to the media report, our government subsidizes the enterprises ten thousand NT dollars per month in a period of six months from the financial crisis in 2008. Therefore, the graduating college students get the unbelievably little salary of twenty-two thousand NT dollars per month. It leads that the salary of the youth cannot be raised and the youth get the pauperization. And all these years, the unemployment rate is getting higher and higher due to the unpaid leave. For that reason, current college students start to make the plans for their future. The Senior and Junior Examinations of the Public Servant are the most well-known ways to select the most qualified personnel of government. Those who have passed the examinations will be assigned or appointed into the government. In addition, public servants possess the right of identity security so they have relatively higher stability about their job. The Senior and Junior Examinations of the Public Servant are also important ways to enter the workplace for the current college students. This study analyzes the will of the current college students to attend the Senior and Junior Examinations of the Public Servant with The Theories of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Furthermore, by means of newspaper advertisement, campus promotion, internet marketing and exhibition in examination place of the cram school's promotion strategy, we realize the factors which influence the will of attending a cram school of the current college student. This study gathers the samples by means of questionnaire and gets three hundred and three effective samples. This study uses statistical software of SPSS as its research tool and empirically discovers as follows, A. According to the theories of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, physiological needs, safety needs and self-actualization have positive influence on the will to attend the Senior and Junior Examinations of the Public Servant. B. Newspaper advertisement and internet marketing of a cram school have positive influence on the will to attend a cram school.
