In this research, the Ohlson model and Tobin’s Q model are used to discuss the value-relevance and business growth, then the difference in the life cycle stage is determined. This research focuses on the listed firms from 2005 to 2014 and the scope is limited to the livelihood industry. The empirical results are as follows: (1) Without considering the life cycle stage, the transformation to e-commerce has a significant impact on price, while the association with Tobin’s Q is insignificant. (2) When taking the life cycle stage into consideration, the transformation has significant impact on neither the price nor the Tobin’s Q. CHEN,YUN-SHAN 陳韻珊 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 49 zh-TW
