Dating software Beetalk's club function resembles real life groups, allowing users to come together in a virtual group through common preferences and hobbies. The main research motive is, as the popularity and amount of virtual groups grew, will it share the same happiness through participating in real life groups. Research purpose will to explore the influence of motivations behind Beetalk's club function on user's happiness and to investigate whether the degree of involvement and internet interpersonal relationships plays an important mediator role between usage motives and happiness. The research subject is dating software Beetalk's club function, will be adopting surveying method for collecting data and information. Survey recipients will be selected from users of Beetalk's club function. As online survey are designed and set up, users are then invited from different groups on dating software Beetalk to fill out the online survey. The results shows usage motives of virtual groups will affect user's happiness; usage motive has significant effect on degree of involvement and internet interpersonal ielationships, higher degree of involvement reflects higher level of happiness; degree of involvement and internet interpersonal relationships both has a mediation effect on usage motive and happiness. Furthermore, we also found that social interaction has more significant predictive power both on ones’ well-being and internet interpersonal relationships. The recreation motivation can predict the extent of involvement, and emotional support for the involvement is a notable influence on the prediction of one’s well-being.
