This study aims at identifying critical factors of employees involvement that impact on working behavior innovation. Thereafter based on the factor identified, recommendations will be given to service companies in order to be more appealing to employees. This study conducts survey to better understand their perceptions. Surveys were collected from 300 respondents who are employees attending different lines in different service sectors. SPSS has been used to analyze the collected data and the proposed concept model of factors of employee involvement impacting on employees’ behavior innovation at organization has been established. The results showed that there were significant relationships between intrinsic motivation, domain knowledge as well as self-efficacy and innovative behavior. However, only affective commitment as moderator factor that affects the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative behavior among three tested factors. Based on utilizing the finding results, therefore the thesis will provide recommendations to help improve innovation last.
