The data collected was analyzed by computing descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test and Pearson product-moment correlation. The major research findings were illustrated as follows. Female students have more English reading anxiety than male. Non-English major students have more English reading anxiety. The using of English learning strategies of English major students in normal universities are more than non-major students in technology universities. English learning strategies were not correlated with English reading anxiety. Finally, based on the findings, some pedagogical suggestions were offered for the future researches.
