Summary:碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 104 === In this study TTQS assessment results of the reference data and indicators to assess research and analysis, the main purpose of discussing for the training design and organizational factors affect the organizational performance; and to explore the development of industrial property for TTQS talent quality management system, in practice whether the operation there are differences because of the industrial property vary. Confirm findings consistent with the derivation of the study design, when companies import TTQS, training design and organizational factors have an significances differences to organizational performance, as the interference variables of industrial properties do not significant differences, this study can be used to improve future education and training model enhance the business performance of the reference.
