The construction industry is labor-intensive industries , which played an important role in the country's economic development and commitment to the state's basic task. Therefore, employees of the construction industry are the main object of this study. And discuss the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Employees’ Job Satisfaction , verify whether company implement CSR will have a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees. In order to meet the goals, firstly , the literature review concerning CSR is conducted. Lastly, the corperate-questionnaire survey cases are investigated to study the Employees. A total of 305 valid questionnaires were returned. Data are collected for describing the statistic ,t-Test and executing ANOVA for further analysis. According to the result of the research ,employees’ backgrounds will show differences in CSR. Enterprises fulfill corporate social responsibility can increase employee job satisfaction has been confirmed. The study can be used for reference while the business is pursuing CSR.
