碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 104 === This study focuses on the innovative ice cream molding process improvements in order to meet special consumer commodities, diversified shape of ice cream so use Mind Mapping to think about ice cream the deteriorated attribute and improve attribute Using TRIZ (Theory for solving inventive problems) theory conflict matrix, 39 engineering parameters and 40 inventive principles, substance - field analysis, and 76 standard solutions, to explore the factors that innovation can be implemented as copying, consolidation, transition into a new imension, prior counteraction, transformation of properties, changeing the color.This study shows that the best solution for 3D printing multi-color ice cream machine,through Taiwan patent search, search for similar patents innovation factors, can shorten the search time and examine whether to bring innovation, and finally through the contest, published patent applications as a secondary factor in the feasibility of testing innovative syndrome.
