Thus, more companies value their human capital. In addition to professional skills and knowledge of this industry, it is more proactive with the need of employees’ dedication. Such dedicated attitude definitely influences the organization. However, to develop their organizational commitment, these aforementioned employees usually need more resources and care from their organization.Therefore, this study aims to investigate the influence of subjective well-being, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment on job performance, targeting business employees. Data were digitally collected and analyzed from 316 copies of the questionnaire. Several findings are addressed: employees’ subjective well-being positively influences organizational citizenship behavior; second, organizational commitment significantly influences organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator. In addition, organizational commitment positively influences job performance. Lastly, organizational commitment acts a mediator between subjective well-being and job performance. Suggestions are provided for practical and the theoretical use.
