Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 104 === Enrolling in the military schools influences not only the future of students themselves but also that of National Defense power. In addition to quality of military weapons we use, the quality of the weapon operators and the leadership of military leaders are more important to the power of National Defense. The military school cadets will shoulder the responsibilities of safeguarding the country in the future. It is obvious that the quality of military school education and the academic performance are extremely important to the future of Nation Defense. This study is aimed to understand the relationship among the background of cadet, the degree of adaptation and academic performance. The cadets of Army, Navy and Air Force Academies will be the objective of survey. The study issued 770 questionnaires,received 735 of valid questionnaires ,so the rate was 95.45%. With SPSS statistics software to carry on the analysis, the study found that: (1) the background to the degree of adaptation with differences. (2) the background to the academic performance with differences. (3) the degree of adaptation to the academic performance with differences. (4) the degree of adaptation can predict the academic performance.According to the analysis and the study results, respectively provid the concrete suggestions to the military schools, Ministry of National Defense and life management unit, and provide the plan to improve military cadets’ academic performance; as to the limitation about the research object、timing、schools、variances and tools. The study also provide the target for future researchers.
