Hence, this study is to examine their supply chain from upstream to downstream to arrive the firms’ future strategies and action plan. This study utilizes the five-forces analysis; strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities (known as SWOT); and financial statement forecasting to evaluate the current industrial and fiom’s status quo. Therefore, the study contributes to re-position the firms’ next 5 years long-term strategies in those strategic alliances with upstream manufactures and enhances the product quality and positioning the marketing segmentation for its re-unification of the supply chain management.
