Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 104 === The subject is study includes the effect of the Notebook industry staffs’ Personality traits of Internal-External Control with Performance of Teamwork, and to verify the mediator effect of job satisfaction with knowledge-sharing between Personality and Teamwork. The study is based on 246 effective questionnaires to investigate by reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis etc. to verify the Personality traits of Internal-External Control, job satisfaction, knowledge sharing and Performance of Teamwork. The result shows: (1) the Personality traits of Internal Control has a positive effect to Performance of Teamwork, (2) the Personality traits of Internal Control has a positive effect to Knowledge-sharing, (3) the knowledge-sharing has a positive effect to performance of teamwork, (4) the personality traits of internal control has a positive effect to job satisfaction, (5) the inner and whole job satisfaction has a positive effect to performance of teamwork, (6) the inner and whole job satisfaction has a positive effect to knowledge-sharing, (7) the knowledge-sharing must be intermediary effect between personality traits of internal control and performance of teamwork, (8)the job satisfaction must be intermediary effect between personality traits of internal control and performance of teamwork.
