This study used present teachers from public elementary schools from Fongshan District in Kaohsiung City who has participated or used to participate in learning community as population and adopted questionnaire method. Total 370 questionnaires were distributed and 356 were effectively retrieved with an effective retrieve rate of 96%. The results from survey were analyzed through statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation coefficient and stepwise regression, etc. The results are: 1. The status of elementary school teachers about perception of job involvement, learning community and teaching effectiveness are good which were above average; 2. Job involvement has a partial positive significant influence on teaching effectiveness and among that “work attention” is the most influential; 3. Learning community has a partial positive significant influence on teaching effectiveness and among that “professional conversation” is the most influential; 4. The influence of learning community on teaching effectiveness is greater than the influence of job involvement on teaching effectiveness; 5. There is a significant difference in different gender, different ages, different educational background and different school size on teaching effectiveness; 6. There is a significant positive correlation between job involvement, learning and teaching effectiveness. 郭嘉珍 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW
