Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to explore the status of the elementary school teacher’s personality traits ,job stress and job satisfaction.How teacher’s individual backgrounds affect and correlate with their personality traits , job stress and job satisfaction were examined.The questionnaires survey method was adopted.360 questionnaires were sent to the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung, and 334 vaild questionnaires were received.Data obtained from descriptive statistics to, t-test,one-way ANOVA,Scheffe method,Pearson’s product-moment Correlation and simple Regression analysis data analysis.study found: Kaohsiung Primary teacher feel for the extent of job stress are moderate;for the degree of job satisfaction feelings belong to the upper extent;Teachers’ personality traits , job stress and sense of satisfaction showed significant difference as certain individual variables were applied; Primary teacher's job stress can be predicted significantly from the teacher's personality traits; Primary teacher's job satisfaction can be predicted significantly from the teacher's personality traits; Primary teacher's job satisfaction can be predicted significantly from the teacher's job stress.Finally,on the basis of research result,conclusions and recommendations are proposed for the administrative authority for education,schools and future research.
