To meet the purpose, a questionnaire entitled ‘ Assessment Scale of Kaohsiung’s Elementary School Teacher’s Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior’ was developed. The questionnaires were distributed according to stratified school sizes and the number of teachers. 36 out of 242 public schools were chosen. According to the number of teachers of stratified schools, 4 questionnaires were distributed to the smallest school, and 24 questionnaires to the largest. The random questionnaire distribution was commissioned by a teacher of that school. A total of 360 questionnaires were issued with 353 returned and 338 of them valid, which amounted to a valid response rate of 95.7%. As a result of a series of statistical analyses on SPSS, the findings are as follows: 1.Teachers’ job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior all turned out to be on the medium high level. 2.Teacher’s job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior showed a significant difference as some individual background variables were applied. 3.A positive correlation was revealed between teachers’ job satisfaction and their organizational commitment. 4.A positive correlation was revealed between teachers’ job satisfaction and their organizational citizenship behavior. 5.A positive correlation was revealed between teachers’ organizational commitment and their organizational citizenship behavior. 6.Teacher’s job satisfaction had a significant positive influence on their organizational commitment. 7.Teacher’s job satisfaction had a significant positive influence on their organizational citizenship behavior. 8.Teachers’ organizational commitment had a significant positive influence on their organizational citizenship behavior.
