Moreover, business managers use LINE as their new communication tool in the workplace. This research adopts the questionnaire survey on the teachers of Tsai Wen Elementary School in Luzhu District. The purposes of this research are to realize Tsai Wen Elementary School teachers’ communication in the workplace through using LINE and its development in the future. The data analyzed with SPSS18.0, and descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation analysis were conducted. The result of the study is as below: 86.5 percent of Tsai Wen Elementary School teachers use LINE. 51.9 percent of them communicate with parents by using LINE. 9.6 percent of them are willing to set up the class groups. Teachers often using LINE agree that LINE is an effective communication tool in the workplace. In other words, LINE provides them positive influences on communication. However, teachers never using LINE consider the problems of complicated interpersonal communication, emotional reations and visual health. Furthermore, they need a clear distinction between the life and work. Teachers believe that the communication efficiency is no distinction between phones and LINE. With the functions of message, record and video calls, LINE replaces the telephones, and becomes more economical and convenient. Based on the results of the study, elementary school teachers relize the communication efficiency throught LINE instant messenger, choose different communication media in the workplace, and set up an effective communication channel with colleagues and parents. 張明寮 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW
