碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === This study was designed to investigate the Kaohsiung City Government firefighters understand personality traits associated with job stress and physical and mental health, with Kaohsiung City Government Fire Brigade firefighters second parent group for the study. This study used questionnaires, the total issued 300 questionnaires, 249 questionnaires, so response rate was 83%, which by the inspection of nuclear and weed out ineffective incomplete questionnaire respondents to 38, a total of 211 valid questionnaires, Available questionnaire was 70.3%. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The Kaohsiung City Government Fire Brigade firefighters second personality in moderate or more, that members are more inclined overall internal personality traits. 2. The Government Fire Brigade firefighters work second pressure Kaohsiung in moderate or more, that members of the working pressure of a high degree of sense, and to organize the internal personnel management and legal regulations to make it higher. 3. Kaohsiung City Government Fire Department firefighters second brigade health above the average level, that members have a high level of physical and mental feeling, and the mental ill-health is higher than physiology ill health. 4. Personality traits Kaohsiung City Government Fire Department firefighters of the second brigade, job stress and physical and mental health of the three and has a significant correlation. Firefighters internal personality tendencies, their health situation more good, and firefighters were working the higher the pressure, the higher their physical and mental health situation. 5. The Kaohsiung City Government Fire Brigade firefighters second personality with three levels of work pressure "workload", "personal reasons," four levels "organizational environment" as the predictive variables to physical and mental health "Overall dimensions" as criterion variables, stepwise multiple regression analysis can predict physical and mental health, which the "work load" the most predictive power.
