Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 104 === In this paper, we propose a Tabu search based algorithm to solve the distributed optimal power flow (DOPF) problem with discrete control variables under deregulated environment. The proposed algorithm is implemented by two steps: first using a distributed algorithm for solving continuous distributed optimal power flow in a deregulated environment with power sales constraints, and then implementing the Tabu search method in a distributed power system to select a good enough discrete control variable solution. We have tested the proposed Tabu search based DOPF algorithm on the IEEE 244-bus system, which is arbitrarily partitioned into four subsystems, using a 4-PC network. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm is very efficiency and can really search a good enough solution.
