ABSTRACT
A procedure is discussing the successful factors of labor unions in Kaohsiung. The targets are the members of Kaohsiung General Labor Union. The first step of the research is to analyze every successful factory of a labor union. The second step, is having an expert interview with the chairman of a labor union or the governers of Labor Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government. Then, to analyze five basic directions of the successful factors of labor unions in Kaohsiung. At the last step, using the analytic hierarchy process in the basic datas of these five basic directions to find the scores which show the high and low factors. According to the results of the research ,we can find the way to know how to run a business of labor union and what is the practicial method to run it, and afford some practical suggestions of running a labor union.
