However, online shopping platform providers, in addition to take customer service quality into account, also need to attend to the information security, then it can let customers continuously feel at ease to use the shopping platform and to transact business across the Internet. Thus, this study uses the shopping platform as example. It aims to explore how to effectively enhance customers’ service quality, perception cognition, and information security to increase the customers’ loyalty for the shopping platform, which can be helpful to the performance of the Internet online shopping platform company. The current research subject is the Internet online shopping customers. Through literature review the research framework was built and then pilot survey which commissioned 30 consumers who frequently consumed on the Internet stores to carry out test. After the problem revision, 672 questionnaires were resent, in which 663 copies are effective and another 9 copies are ineffective. The results in this study indicate that all of the service quality, the perception cognition, and the information security have positive influence on the customers’ loyalty and therefore, online shopping platform providers must pay more attention to them.
