Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 104 === In the IC semiconductor, passive component industry market continue to grow under the condition of electronic packaging tape in the domestic development of nearly ten years of history, so how to grasp as soon as possible to enhance electronic packaging tape forming technology, the common goal is to domestic manufacturers. Based on the carrier tape of forming process of camber value in order to improve the quality of object but, with quality camber refers to the receiving the spiral winding force and stress release of the creep variation, the influence factors include the quality control of forming wheel temperature, winding tension, inductive wheel weight adjustment, set the speed and volume of material receiving spacing and other parameters. The research and application of Taguchi is to find out the influence of loading method with the forming process of camber value quality parameters of key factors, and selected the appropriate orthogonal experiment, and using the Taguchi method at the smaller the better theory, the most out of the process from optimal combination of the parameters. On the basis of the obtained the best combination of parameters resulting in the collection of the feeding speed 8000plus, cross winding 12cycle/reel, forming wheel temperature 30 to 35℃, adjusting winding tension 80g, inductive wheel weight 60g of process parameters, camber value is expected to improve the total efficiency improvements of up to 39.09%. The experimental results verify this study establishing parameter level that can effectively improve the load is camber value, and greatly enhance the production capacity and the quality of the results, do follow-up industry to improve camber with a target.
