Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 104 === This paper is to focus on the quality analysis of Fused Deposition Modeling 3D printing product, in order to make sure the success of turning model. Using slicing software in slicing and Taguchi Method DOE (Design of Experiments), and with four factors, nozzle temperature, hot bed plate temperature, printing speed and printing time find out the main factor affecting deform and the optimizing combination of parameters. The result shows that the optimization parameters are nozzle temperature 190°C, hot bed plate temperature 50°C, printing speed 10m/s, layer thickness 0.3mm, original deformation 0.15mm, optimization deformation 0.01mm. The DOE (Design of Experiment) of quality and efficiency can effectively prevent from poor quality, and modify in time before the product printing, reduce the cost and improve the quality.
