Combining wearing model and genetic algorithm do optimal design. The result radius of the circle r1 is 4mm, radius of the circle r2 is 38mm, the center of base circle to the center of radius of the circle r1 is 23mm and the center of base circle to the center of radius of the circle r2 is 49mm. The finite element software, ANSYS, was used to analyze hexangular wave generator and quadrangular wave generator. The results shown that hexangular wave generator makes flexspline to reduce stress 7.208%, and raise deformation 6.923%. In Modal analysis, hexangular wave generator and harmonic derive are without resonance. The experimental data is similar to the result of simulation analysis.
