| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 104 === For instance of the Dalin power plant renovation project, in order to reduce the accidents that may occurred, using the “Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP)” to identify the hazards during the slip form construction of coal silo and to assess the risk of scaffold assembling/demolishing, and then according the potential hazards to establish the safety standards and preventive measures for slip form construction and scaffold assembling/demolishing.In the matrix of hazard and operational risk assessment, the potential hazards in slip form construction and scaffold assembling include the man falling from high place, object dropped from high place, facilities collapsed, electric shock and cutting.The fence shall be installed around the opening of platform to prevent the staff fall from high place and the warming signs shall be set nearby the opening.The staff should wear the backpack belt and hooked on the fixed point to prevent falling.Serious damage will occurred to the staff due to the scaffold have not been fixed on the wall exactly resulting in scaffold collapsing. The Standard Operation Procedure shall be followed in scaffold assembling/demolishing work.Owing to the continuous constructing activity of slip form construction in days, the working crew should be well trained and full experienced. And the crew, who have cardiovascular disease, is not allowed to proceed the activity also.
