In particular, the domestic civil construction industry will see more companies lack systematic services, Business Wire will be disclosed in order to enable consumers anywhere, anytime, effective inquiry price and quantity information of the civil construction industry sub-project. This study literature via post Discussion and interviews with experts in analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the obtained information of each module required seller information and buyer to find information connotation civil construction industry information platform after each comparison. The results show that engineering materials, engineering quality, processes, engineering price and warranty service are the main five indicators for the establishment of information platform of civil non-government construction engineering.
