Using the JMAG electromagnetic field analysis software analyze operational characteristic. Derivation the math of harmonic flux Components by Theory, simulation the influence of different tooth width and rotor offset for harmonic flux. It’s successful to obtain the appropriate tooth width and rotor offset angle, can effectively suppress the harmonic flux and improve the vibration caused by the operation of the noise. The self-made drive circuit combined with LabVIEW program editing software. Design a user interface, and through the digital signal processor (DSP) UART serial communication function. User could control the Hybrid stepping motor to perform the relevant operations by using computer.
