Based on the vision of the intelligent illumination, lots of Japanese companies, Panasonic, National, etc., have already debuted their two-way lighting control system (TWLCM); simultaneously, many international companies are focusing and exerting more efforts on IIS. Concurrently,With many years development, two-way lighting control system(IIS) technology has been perfect in the intelligent illumination system. This technology adopts the function of the monitoring control system. So that the lighting control become more easily to combine the network and database application for improving the function of the monitoring control system. The purpose of this study is to use information technology (IT) as well as data communication,automation expertise to design a perfect interface and powerful development environment. Those key features/components of the IIS may include the switch of the two-way data transmission and power distribution control design, remote monitoring/surveillance system, the necessity of the hardware-software design.
