Threre are three sub-construct in information privacy concern, inclusive collection, control and awareness and two sub-construct in privacy mechanism, inclusive structural assurances and privacy empowerment. approach - Eleven research hypotheses derived from this model are empirically validates using a field survey of Taiwanese Uber users. Received 273 valid questionnaires from paper sources. Data collected through observation and questionnaire and SMART PLS 3.0 analysis is used to verify models. Findings - This study shows:1. Control, perceived value and trust positively affect adoption intention. 2. Control, perceived value, structural assurances and privacy empowerment positively affect trust. Originality - These findings add to previous research on adoption determinants in sharing economy. Furthermore, they provide insight into the different adoption determinants with using intention.
