碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士班 === 104 === In Taiwan, the data management and the roll-call system of senior high schools mainly adopt artificial statistics, but it wastes lots of time and works. The roll-call system is always essential, but parents often have to contact with teachers to know the attendance records and the situations of students in the school of life via phone. In view of the promoting energy-saving and carbon of trend, the roll-call work will consume plenty of paper which is not an environmentally friendly way. Smartphone is the most common 3C products that combines with wireless network and uses APP to access database data. This system is written by database software WAMP (Windows, Apach, MySQL, PHP) software package and APP Inventor, and is established by PHP Script language to strengthen the original roll-call system in senior high schools. The system is operated by phpmyadmin database with computer and APP inventor2 with mobile phone. Besides, APP Inventor2 database is applied to develop the communication with the database Android app that can be used in cyberspace computer interface and smartphone devices. This system provides three contributions. The first, for teachers, it automaticly reminds them to roll-call and reduces paper use. In addition to, students’ information can be instantly uploaded to the database. The second, for parents, it provides students’ attendance records immediately, and is more conveniently to interact with teachers. The last, for students, it efficiently supplies messages about courses and recordes of absenteeism.
