Innovation and change in the market environment, in order to enhance the competitiveness of offline virtual and real integration path for the future development of the inevitable trend, the study will use a smartphone app APP development of innovative business models, import offline to replace the existing way of counter services , so that consumers can use their own phone directly ordering provider, to store electronic coupons using QR-code barcode payment is completed quickly read take meals to shorten the overall process of the original counter service for businesses, which can save the original counter services personnel costs, improve customer convenience and time efficiency, improve the status of counter services to improve service quality, to achieve the purpose to enhance the competitiveness of the physical channel.
