Therefore, there is a goal to improve picking efficiency of the warehouse by this study, the first storage arrangement step is statistical frequency of each items from the order form, and then assign the highest frequency items near to I/O sequentially and lowest frequency ones farther from I/O. Then mining frequent itemsets from the transaction database of company H and make a second storage adjustment. Make compare with the original warehouse arrangement and selected preferred configuration. Then achieve the goal of reduce picking routing and time has be achieved.
