Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 104 === This study takes the employees in Taiwan Company J as the research object to discuss their job characteristics and job stress under the increasingly competitive economic environment. 350 questionnaires were released and 334 copies were returned with 300 valid responses, representing an effective response rate of 89.8%. Afterwards, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson analysis and regression analysis are applied to analyze the collected data. This study has below findings:1. The more important the job responsibility, the higher the work load; The higher the job autonomy, the lower the job stress.2. The higher the skill requirement for the job or the higher the job autonomy,the lower the job stress resulted from confliction with the supervisor; the higher the job performance target, the higher the job stressresulted from confliction with the supervisor. 3. The higher the job autonomy, the lower the job stress resulted from unclear responsibility; the higher and clearer the job performance target, the lower the job stress resulted from unclear job responsibility.4. This study finally makes proposal that empowering employees at the right time helps to increase their perceived job autonomy and effectively decrease their job stress.
