Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 104 === The establishment and implementation of individual development plan can be used as one of the employees into the labor market determinants, even as an antecedent of promotion, rewards and incentives, through mutual commitment and mutually reciprocal relationship, enhance employees’ positive behavior and attitude. This study explores the relationship between individual development plan and learning attitude, and confirms the roles of psychological contract fullfillmemt and distributional justice. A total of 494 valid questionnaires from the traditional, technologic and service industries of southern Taiwan were collected. The results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between individual development plan and psychological contract fullfillmemt; there is a significant positive relationship between individual development plan and learning attitude; psychological contract fullfillmemt partially mediates the relationship between individual development plan and learning attitude; the relationship between individual development plan and learning attitude will be stronger in high distributional justice. The results of this study not only can provide empirical studies of individual development plan, psychological contract fullfillmemt, distributional justice and learning attitude, but also proposes the related management practices recommendations for human resources management.
