Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 104 === The main aim of this study is to investigate employment service person of Job Passion ,Job Satisfaction , and Job performance . For reach the intersection of research of Job Passion ,Job Satisfaction , and Job performance , A total 166 questionnaires were distributed to employment service person while total of 133 questionnaires were collected, with 133 (80%) valid for research purpose. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS, version 20. The study adopts the following statistical analysis techniques: The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the reliability analysis, the descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, the one-way ANOVA, the correlation analysis,and the multiple regression analysis. The study were summarized as follows:
1. Employment Service Staffs Job Passion , Job satisfaction and job performance
has positive effect in present situation .
2. Employment Service Staffs Job Passion, Job satisfaction show forward influence on job performance .
3. Employment Service Staffs Job Passion in vigor passion,adapt passion, devote passion showing forward influence on job satisfaction .
4. Employment Service Staffs Job satisfaction in job value,job achievements showing forward influence on job performance .
5. Employment Service Staffs Job Passion in vigor passion,adapt passion, devote passion showing forward influence on job performance .
6. Job Satisfaction is the mediator of both Job Passion and Job perfomace .
