How to keep the speed stability for wire drawing machine is critical. Analog voltage signals from modules like frequency voltage transformer、 PG encoder、 G7frequency converter…in wire drawing machine were converted into digital signals.The coverted digital signals were the input of PLC for control calculation.Out put signals from calculated PLC control the motor speed of wire drawing machine. The measured results can satisfy two requirements:Stable control for a. 1200m/mim in wire drawing speed and 0 in reduction rate; b. 986 m/min in wire drawing speed and 21% in reduction rate.
