LCD TV, desktop, notebook, industrial display, medical display, automotive and avionics applications, Tablet and Smart phone applications). Because of the huge demand, many panel factories provide sustainable products high quality, the high contrast, super wide angle, low power consumption, environmental protection, high standard. Furthermore, technology and research depends on management and promotion of production quality. Color filter (Color Filter, CF) is one of the most important components for TFT-LCD. In addition, developer is an important process for production. In the process of developer, developer concentration will reduce with more and more productions. At this time, the pump has to replenish high concentration develop immediately to keep standard of the process conditions. When the developer undiluted tank liquid supply pump break down, the equipment will not have warning immediately and productions will have unusual quality. The thesis will discuss how to use liquid level sensor of the developer undiluted tank liquid supply pump to get information and counted by Programmable Logic Controller to make developer machine alarm forthwith to reduce unusual quality caused by unstable developer concentration.
