The influences of Professional Comptetency and Personality of TFT-LCD Panel Quality Control staff is the basic and main point for establishing the advantage of manpower competition. The purpose of the research is to discuss the influence of Professional Comptetency, Job Involvement and Personality of TFT-LCD Panel Quality Control staff toward Job Performance via investigating and which will be the reference for Human Resource while job promotion and raise new positions.
The target of the investigation is the staff and supervisors of TFT-LCD Panel Quality Control field and the method is via questionnaire survey. The investigation sends out 130 questionnaires and 120 valid questionnaires are received. The investigation indicates the following two results. First, Quality Control staff deem that Job Involvement and Professional Comptetency get remarkable positive influences toward Job Performance but their supervisors think that only Job Involvement does . Second, Quality Control staff deem that Openness to experience, Conscientiousness and Agreeableness of Personality get remarkable positive influences toward Job Performance while the supervisors deem that only Conscientiousness does.
