Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 104 === The aim of this study was to examine the cognitive differences between older adults and hotel owners on wellness hotels. The research method was based on questionnaires. The object of study was the wellness hotels owners and older adults in Tainan city. The purposive sampling was applied in this study. In addition, research data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, Independent-Sample t Test, One-Way ANOVA and regression analysis. The findings of this study were summarily concluded as follows: Perceived importance had a significantly positive effect on purchase intention; Perceived importance had a significantly positive effect on consumption intention; the mean scores of purchase intention were obviously different for hotel owners of different number of rooms, average room rates and headcount; the mean scores of perceived importance were obviously different for older adults of different gender, age and income; the mean scores of consumption intention were obviously different for older adults of different marital status.
