Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 104 === This study investigated the factors that have the influence on the consuming choices of three bargaining steakhouse brands. The students in 4 universities located in Tainan City were survey samples, and 411 valid questionnaires were collected. After data analysis using different techniques, the results revealed that food hygiene, food quality, service quality and ratio of cost and performance are vital factors. Some suggestions for each brand were proposed as well.
