The students in 4 universities located in Tainan City were survey samples, and 411 valid questionnaires were collected. After data analysis using different techniques, the results revealed that food hygiene, food quality, service quality and ratio of cost and performance are vital factors. Some suggestions for each brand were proposed as well.
