leisure participation present situation, and analyzing the difference among
these two variables in different background’s Teacher of elementary school.
This research is based on responses to a questionnaire survey of teachers who applied for the “learning community”project in 23 pilot elementary schools in New Taipei City in 2014 and who are still working on it in 2015. Adopting two
parts of Questionnaire, including 「job stress」and「leisure participation」for study tool. Using stratified sampling in the research, send out 253 questionnaires altogether, effective questionnaires 229 shares, response of rate of 90.5 %.
This research’s data analysis adopts descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, posterior comparisons in Scheff’s method anaylsis etc. The result of study is found:
(1)The stress level of the elementary teachers that learning community pilot schools in New Taipei City is between middle and high level. “Work Load” is the most severe factor of job stress.
(2)In different degree of education, a function of school, scale of school, the teachers that learning community pilot schools in New Taipei City reaching the difference of showing in job stress.
(3)The teachers that learning community pilot schools in New Taipei City feel that their leisure participation is in middle level. Among them, “Mass Media” is the most important factor.
(4)In different gander, age, marital status, seniority of job and scale of school, the teachers that learning community pilot schools in New Taipei City reaching the difference of showing in leisure participation.
