Most biological products (antibody) need transportation with temperature control. Entrepreneurs need to determine international couriers that are reliable and have proper logistics and superior operation.
International express has cold chain logistics specifically for biomedical products, including temperature monitoring by specialists throughout the entire transport process, special services for package position tracking, environmental humidity control, lighting sensor transfer on time, and risk management. However, the cost is 2–2.5 times that for regular cargo. If all temperature-controlled cargo is delivered through cold chain operation, the costs for transportation will significantly increase, thus leading to a decrease in profits and competitiveness. Drug innovators and biotechnology manufacturers should find specialized and proper temperature ranges in which to deliver their packages and provide a shipping standard for international express to follow. International express should provide cold chain service at normal cargo rates and conduct standard operating procedures for shippers to narrow down the difference between shipper and courier, increase competitiveness, increase profits, and gain the trust of the third recipient to achieve a win–win situation.
