This study employed the survey method. The subjects were teachers from 19 elementary schools in Kinmen. 414 copies were sent out, and 357 shares valid questionnaires were recovered. The valid recovery rate was 86%.All the acquired data were processed by SPSS. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Hierarchical regression were applied as data analysis strategies. The results reveal: 1.Teachers who were “born in Kinmen” and“got master’s degree or above” thought Money is important andpreferred richness. Their characteristic, locus of control, is internal. 2. Teachers who “had their own children” and “got master’s degree or above” have better financial behavior. 3. Teachers the moreemphasized money and thought it important the more had betterbudget planning, which made Consumer Behavior more rational. 4. Characteristics and Perceived Risk could moderate Money Attitude and Financial Behavior. Pey-Lan Du 杜佩蘭 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 135 zh-TW
