Summary:碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 管理學院創新事業與島嶼經營碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents of organizational climate, mother-in-law, and daughter-in-law and organization citizenship behavior. Data were obtained from career women in Kinmen Taiwan. Adopt the convenience sampling, send out 500 questionnaires, and retrieve 454. The returns-ratio is 90.80%. After deducting the invalid samples, the effective samples amount to 415, and the effective returns-ratio is 91.41%. This study explores the relationship between each variables by using ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. By the empirical analysis, the main results of this research are: 1. Organizational climate has remarkable and positive effects on organization citizenship behavior. 2. Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law positively moderates the influence of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. 3. Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law have remarkable and positive effects on organization citizenship behavior. 4. Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law have remarkable and positive effects on organizational climate.
