Besides, mediating effect of job self-efficacy on the relationship between family-to-work facilitation and job satisfaction is examined in this study. A two-step unequal unit cluster sampling and face-to-face interview was conducted in this study. Data was collected from January to Feburary 2016. A total of 401questionnaires were distributed, and 340 were returned, with 320 valid questionnaires. Subsequently, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were employed in this study. The results indicate that family-to-work facilitation and job self-efficacy have significant positive effects on job satisfaction; family-to-work facilitation has a significant positive effect on job self-efficacy. Moreover, the results show that job self-efficacy has partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-to-work facilitation and job satisfaction. The results may provide some useful information for managers of international tourist hotels to enhance the job satisfaction of employees through the rising of family-to-work facilitation and job self-efficacy.
